M‑Talii connects travellers with independent travel providers. Each listing identifies the supplier, inclusions, price and applicable cancellation terms.
Prices and payments
Displayed totals may include taxes or platform fees where stated. A booking is confirmed only after successful provider-authorised payment and issuance of a booking reference.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Supplier-specific rules shown before payment apply. Refund timing may depend on payment networks and the supplier’s approval.
Acceptable use
Fraud, scraping, account misuse, interference with inventory or attempts to manipulate prices are prohibited.
These terms should be reviewed by qualified East African legal counsel before production launch.
