Full payment is taken when you book, by M-Pesa, card or bank transfer. Your booking is confirmed once payment has cleared and you receive a booking reference.

Cancellation and changes
Cancel or change free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. Within 72 hours of arrival, or if you do not arrive, the first night is charged. Special and non-refundable rates cannot be changed or refunded.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may carry a charge.
