FAQs

What do I need to drive?
A full driving licence held for at least two years and your passport or national ID. If your licence is not in English, bring an International Driving Permit as well.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is taken at pickup and returned after the vehicle is checked in. The amount is shown before you pay.
What is the fuel policy?
Full to full: you collect the car with a full tank and return it full, or the missing fuel is charged at the pump price plus a refuelling fee.
Can I take the car across a border?
Only with written permission arranged before pickup, together with the cross-border insurance and documents the border requires.
Can I hire a driver instead?
Yes. A professional driver can be added for a daily fee; their meals and accommodation on overnight trips are arranged with you in advance.
